We aim to display product colours, designs, and details as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen settings.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in AUD unless otherwise stated. Payments must be completed before orders are processed and shipped.

Order Confirmation

Once an order is placed, customers will receive an order confirmation message/email. Svairitaa reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders in case of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicious activity.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

• Free shipping may be offered during promotional periods or on eligible orders.

Delivery Delays

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping details are correct before placing your order. Svairitaa cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. Additional shipping charges may apply for returned parcels requiring reshipment.

 

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and supporting photos (if applicable). We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges for damaged or incorrect items reported within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be:

• Unused and unwashed

• In original packaging

• With tags attached

• Proof of damage

• Purchase receipt

• Shipping charges apply and must be paid by the customer

 

For hygiene reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was from our side.
